Hi, I'm the one who did all of these, and to answer the questions, I just used a regular razorblade to cut the design out of the solid sheet of grip tape.

Yea Thats AWESOME!! i love that kiss one..did u just do it with an exacto knife...thats awesome...danm lol Ive put an Etnies logo on my Griptape but it sucks..lol i also have a circa one but that was already in the grip XD please tell me
